This
was the first Top 100 our program ever embarked on and what a huge
undertaking it was. The music of the final 100 discs featured on the Gagliarchives, on
Programs 406 through 408 (11/24/95 to 12/08/95). Although this is the 'Top 100'
of the year, there were over 1300 Progressive Rock related releases in
the course of the year, and many genres are represented. This list was
compiled through a year's worth of research from myself as the seeds were
planted for what became the GPRN. A collective of contacts, vendors,
reviewers, & contributors who helped build this list that eventually
became so more dynamic with the advent of the internet, that these soon
became the most anticipated programs of the year. A
big thanks to Jon Most, Keith 'The Man' Myers, Anchor Babcock, Drew
Jacobs, Billy Horst, Roger Beckwith, Janet Watts, Pete Palma, & Chad
Hutchinson. A special thanks to Mister Poll. Finalized by Tom Gagliardi |
